BEYOND BORDERS is a coordinated effort by three production companies, spanning two countries:

THE INDEPENDENT PRODUCTION FUND is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and has been creating documentary and informational programs addressing public affairs, business and finance,  medicine and health, and culture for over 30 years.  IPF’s programs have appeared on the commercial networks, PBS, HBO and other cable outlets. Through collaboration with various international broadcasters, the documentaries have been seen by viewers worldwide. The Independent Production Fund and its producers use television to educate, engage, and challenge viewers to consider issues, ideas and public figures from new perspectives.

CLIO TV is a production house dedicated to historical documentaries, with the objective of making major events experienced by Mexico throughout its history available to the general public. For over seventeen years under the constant guidance of Enrique Krauze, Clío has brought over 500 programs about national history into Mexican homes, broadcast by Televisa. Our seriesMéxico Siglo XX , México Nuevo SigloHéroes de Carne y HuesoClío en el Bicentenario, andHazaña el deporte vive, have received various national awards.

FABRICA DE CINE is a Mexican enterprise that aspires to redefine the film industry in terms of business and narrative; we seek to be a meeting point for talent, where the best filmic works are developed, both on a national and international level.
